Project Overview
As lead developer I shipped a bespoke WhatsApp automation for a regional rice store. Customers can browse SKUs, add multiple rice varieties to a cart, drop their delivery location, and finish checkout without ever leaving WhatsApp. The flow layers an AI assistant for FAQs plus a ManyChat-driven fallback to live agents, cutting response time while keeping empathy-heavy sales intact.
