End-to-end WhatsApp experience to control trackers, check trips, and manage ignition states.
Project Overview
TrackX lets fleet operators and car owners manage their GPS tracking hardware entirely through WhatsApp. I led the system architecture and automation, stitching together the hardware provider SDK, auth, and conversational UX so users can request live data, toggle ignition locks, or review daily routes without opening a dashboard. Every interaction is orchestrated through guided prompts so the chat experience stays as powerful as native control panels.
