Project Overview
I architected an internal WhatsApp workflow that automates daily attendance checks. The system calls workforce scheduling APIs, sends Meta-approved outbound prompts to each on-duty employee, captures confirmations, and writes status updates back into the ops database in real time. Smart nudges follow up with non-responders, so HR teams always see an accurate headcount without juggling spreadsheets or manual texting.
