Project Overview
I architected this internal WhatsApp task manager so busy ops teams could manage day-to-day work without dashboards. Managers create tasks with priority, deadline, and owner directly in chat, while employees receive a tailored queue, report blockers, request reassignment, or mark done. The workflow engine enforces role-based access, syncs every status change into Google Sheets for reporting, and keeps everyone aligned through automated reminders and AI-generated summaries.
