Project Overview
My team and I delivered a German WhatsApp assistant that removes friction from booking residential and commercial cleaning. The bot walks customers through service selection, captures address notes, pulls real-time availability from Calendly, and reserves slots without human intervention. Stripe powers secure deposits directly inside the chat experience, while Google Sheets keeps the operations team synced on appointments, payment state, and post-service feedback for QA.
