Project Overview
I designed and shipped a restaurant-focused AI voice agent trained on menus, delivery zones, and service policies. Every caller talks to a natural-sounding OpenAI-powered assistant that can confirm orders, check availability, answer promos, or capture special requests before syncing the data to staff. The voice flow can be repurposed for other industries needing appointment reminders, interview confirmations, or booking verifications through a phone channel.
