End-to-end WhatsApp ordering system with menu management and real-time order tracking dashboard.
Project Overview
I led the build of a custom fast-food ordering experience inside WhatsApp using UChat/ManyChat plus a bespoke dashboard. Guests browse burgers, combos, and add-ons, then confirm pickup or delivery without leaving chat. On the backend, staff manage menu items, pricing, and fulfillment status through a unified console that mirrors every customer interaction. The same blueprint can power other e-commerce or service verticals needing conversational ordering and live order operations.
