I built and trained a ChatGPT-based assistant on a client’s operational docs so it can answer customer questions instantly on their website. The bot references verified data—warehouse locations, shipping SLAs, product specs—and stays on-brand thanks to custom prompt engineering. Beyond FAQs, the same engine can capture leads, book appointments, or hand off to sales, giving the site a 24/7 support teammate.
