Project Overview
I solo-built Book Now’s travel bot so prospects can learn about packages, itineraries, and pricing directly in WhatsApp. The assistant, written in Hebrew, guides users through destination options, collects contact details, and can instantly route chats to an agent for complex questions. All leads feed a CRM-ready sheet, giving the agency a repeatable, multilingual template they can reuse for other markets.
